Smoked Out is my go to place for anything to do with vaping. I buy all my juice, spares and kits from them.They have absolutely amazing customer service! I ordered the wrong coils for my vape and they very kindly gave me a free replacement pack without me even requesting it!Super fast delivery and the reward points are an added bonus.Spot on all round, can't recommend enough.

Arrived at the shop and met a lad called Jimmy didn’t know which vape I was going to buy he recommended me a vape and it was the perfect one great service and very respectful people will be visiting again. Highly recommended

Came across this shop whilst on my way to bradford on christmas eve and decided to go and see what its like. I ended up walking out with a massive shisha pipe 3 premium flavours a couple of freebies and a really really really nice perfume as well all for £90. Customer service is the best i have seen ever the guy who served us didnt just try upselling the most expensive thing there he literally asked us questions so he could see what would suit us best. Walked out a happy customer. Unfortunately i broke the bottom glass of my shisha today called the lads at smoked out and literally within 30 mins i had a replacement in my hands. Literally cannot fault these guys and their customer service. Walked in with my dad and they showed us so much respect and love wouldnt let us leave the shop without taking drinks so we could smoke and have a drink aswell Thank you so much for the help guys you literally have a customer for life will always come to you guys for all my flavours pipes or anything shisha related. 1000% highly reccomended.

Fantastic customer service and an excellent range of products at very competitive prices. The lads will go the extra mile for their customers in particular Dee and Jimmy. I did not know these lads but despite this they went the extra mile for me which is much appreciated. Would recommend Smoked out Vapes to all those who vape, you wont be disappointed.

Exceptionally nice clean shop. Person behind the counter had really good customer service skills, knowledge and manners. Made me feel comfortable and didn't rush me or push me to buy. A lot of quality stock I was amazed spoilt for choice and there was vape testers which I really liked. Largest variety I've seen in a vape shop on the disposables, great offers on, really friendly staff. Good selection on Hookah pipes too, definitely recommend a visit if your looking for the latest vape pens!
