Scale Property training is well organised and a compressed training session. Impressive portfolio of properties is the best assurance you are getting knowledge directly from a very experienced source. Training is provided directly by the business owners. Viewing of existing HMOs in a different stages (completed and under construction) is a great addition to the theoretical part of the session. Highly recommended.

I am an active property investor and recently began searching for trustworthy and knowledgeable mentors to work with in order to scale my portfolio quicker. I attended the HMO virtual class recently hosted by Sam, who has brilliantly explained many different ideas and tactics to think about. Being new to the HMO industry it has filled me with confidence with what I plan to do and was every bit worth getting the inside knowledge from a true professional. Couldn’t recommend enough, you can’t value this kind of knowledge which could potentially save thousands in the future. He was very friendly and In no rush to get the class finished with until I had no further questions!
