Oxify York - Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy

100% recommend! Oxify York had good parking, it was clean, as was the toilet I used before and after. The member of staff was friendly and professional. I felt safe in the building and in the pod.I had a 90 minute session and I was asked if I was doing okay when the pressure was going up in the pod, at regular intervals throughout the session and when the pressure was coming down too but I didn’t feel ‘watched’ at any point.It does feel a bit like being on a plane and I think the only thing I would do next time is wear something warmer as it felt a bit chilly but I feel the cold easy and this wasn’t till I was at least 60 minutes in, it was probably just because I had a 90 minute session!Great place offering something different. I definitely feel like I have benefited from my session! I had been feeling a bit run down lately and drove 1 hour 30 to try this and it was definitely worth it.

I booked for a 20 minute taster session and it was lovely! It was easy to find, and I was greeted at the door. A calm, clean environment. The lady explained everything and I felt safe for the whole appointment. I felt fresh after my 20 minutes and am keen to try a longer appointment next time for more benefits. *I felt fine in the pod, but if you don't like enclosed spaces this may not be for you. Great experience

I was made to feel very welcome and looked after by Sandy and Jenna. In my first taster session Sandy explained everything thoroughly and took the time make sure I really enjoyed my first experience. Sandy and Jenna have continued to be brilliant and because of that I booked a block of five 60 min sessions. I love going and feel so much better afterwards, I'll continue attending Oxify York for as long as I can. Thank you.
