Having put up with pain in my shoulder for 6 months I chose Valley Rehab from word of mouth. Matt identified the issue and we worked on the solution. With commitment on both sides my pain has now left me. I can't believe what has happened. I'd strongly recommend Valley Rehab

I contacted Valley Rehab as I was having lower back pain. I had an initial assessment with Autumn who found the root cause of my problem and recommended a four week course of treatment. Every week with Autumn’s help and treatment I felt better and stronger and since my course of treatment has finished I have experienced no issues at all! I cannot fault any part of the process and can’t thank you enough!

I recently completed a course of sessions with Matt at Valley Rehab and can’t recommend these guys highly enough. I have struggled with sciatica for around 12 years on and off. Went as I was experiencing lower back pain thinking sciatica. Initial appointment was thorough, fact finding on my past history. understanding where the pain originated helped me understand how the pains had developed over years.Matt was professional in his assessment and explained everything in layman’s terms and after 6 sessions I’m now in control of my pain which is greatly reduced. Nick showed me how and why the pain originated and put an immediate plan together about whoch muscles needed to be strengthened and how. I bought a package of appointments and didn't need them all because I was pain free and much stronger within just 3 sessions with Nick. I highly recommend Valley Rehab. I've had lower back pain off and on for years. I feel the four sessions I've had with Nick have finally sorted it! I can carry bags of coal in and heavy shopping bags, without the residual back pain for 2 or 3 days after! Definitely worth the monetary investment!

Nick was brilliant when helping my daughter with shoulder pain. Explained everything he was doing and the reasons why and gave her a plan to work to. She is now playing her sports with no pain.

Nick at valley Rehab was spot on with is treatment had 6 sessions could only just walk when i first went for my consultation now back doing 10 miles fairley easy.(you choose how many sessions you want he doesn't push you to have any if you don't think its for you).He was very informative he told me what he was going to do before hand and how it would help get things back to normal plus we had a few laughs on the way.I would highly recommend.Allen T
