Swindon Softball League

Been playing with the Swindon League since last year. New fields are a big improvement. Nice to see so many new players taking up the game at the recent beginners sessions

I’ve played within the Swindon softball league for a number of years now and have always found it to be very welcoming, fun and a great place to make new friends!Training sessions are well structured to suit every level and the new venue looks set to be a great addition to the league!

I’ve been playing in the Swindon Softball league for over 12 years now. Softball is great fun and have found it a brilliant hobby for my husband and myself to do together. The league is always welcoming to beginners/newcomers and provides support and training for those wanting to give it a try.

Softball has been new for me and Swindon softball league have been very welcoming. The sport is open for all abilities and the new venue is great.

Swindon Softball League is a fun, social and friendly place to meet new people and get active. The sport is like better and bigger rounders - bigger bats, bigger field and bigger balls!There’s time in between each play so you don’t have to be mega fit to get involved and this also gives you time to pick up the rules, though there are plenty of friendly people to help with that.There’s also coaching and a social/friendly league in addition to the main league to either get started in or stay in if that’s where you’re most comfortable. However, if advancing to a more competitive level of your thing there is the main league and also the option to play in national tournaments on the weekends during the spring and summer.The social aspect of the league is not to be overlooked. Everyone is so friendly and makes playing really fun and there’s always a trip to the pub afterwards! The mixed gender/genderless aspect of softball makes it very unique in respect to other sports.I’ve played in the Swindon Softball League for 12 years now and haven’t taken up another hobby since. The Swindon Softball League is fun, welcoming, a great way to meet new people and try some new. And it’s pretty addictive too!

Have been playing with the Swindon League for a couple of years now and it's extremely welcoming to people of all abilities. There is the chance to compete competitively and socially with the added bonus of socials! If you're looking for a fun, active sport, softball's your game!

I love playing softball here. Everyone is very welcoming and I love that it’s a mixed gender sport which makes it really social and great fun.
