Compass House Day Nursery

We enrolled our daughter at Compass House at the age of 6 months, as we both work. Any initial trepidation about leaving her with others was soon dispelled. Not only do we feel complete confidence in Compass House's ability to look after our girl but she is really happy there. She comes home chatting about each of her little friends and about the adventures she's had during the day. In fact, we feel that splitting the working week between home and nursery has been great for our daughter, in that she is now the most sociable and inquisitive toddler imaginable. She often demonstrates little social niceties that we certainly haven't taught her, which makes us sure that she is not only being entertained at nursery but also being taught to be a rounded person. In summary, we highly recommend Compass House and are grateful to Jane, Jacqui and Juliet for the positive environment they've created.

Both of our daughters have been to Compass House (one now at school and the other currently there) and it was such an easy decision to send our youngest when the time came. Both girls have been very happy and settled at Compass House and we truly feel like the nursery is an extension of our home.  The facilities they provide are outstanding and we feel as parents Compass House has given both girls the best possible start they could have.  Our oldest is thriving at school and so much of that has been due to the work Compass House have done with her. To be involved with French and music and dance at their ages is truly wonderful and something we would not have found anywhere else.  All the staff are very friendly, caring and highly professional.  They are encouraging and supportive and keep us informed on our daughters development. We cannot rate the nursery highly enough and it completely deserves its outstanding status. -"

Our son has attended Compass House for over two years, and he has absolutely thrived there. The team are so enthusiastic and friendly, and as it's family run, he's had the stability of having the same team throughout. He loves the music and dance classes, and he's always coming home excited to show us his latest art project or sunflowers he has been growing. We will be very sad to say goodbye for the final time next month before he starts school.

Our youngest daughter Rosie absolutely loves going to Compass house. She has a wonderful time there, playing in the garden, scooting and using ride along toys in the brilliant outside covered area, painting, drawing, cooking and playing inside. She also has great fun doing ballet, music and dance and French! We love Compass house too and feel lucky to have found it, the children are beautifully cared for.

Compass House is a fantastic, caring nursery. It is a safe, nurturing environment. Our son has attended Compass House since turning 12months and thoroughly enjoys it. Jane, Jackie and Juliette are very attentive and give regular feedback on our little ones progress. They ensure his routine is kept and the food choice is amazing! We regularly come home with very creative artwork but his clothes remain spotless! One day we struggled to get breakfast finished before needing to leave the house, when we mentioned this to Jackie at hand over without thought she made some extra toast for our son to have! The Compass House family team work very hard to keep the children safe and entertained and we highly recommend them. We would not want our son to go anywhere else, he is just so happy at Jane’s house :)

My daughter loves attending Compass House Day Nursery in West Meon. The staff are lovely and the activities they do are extensive; from dance and ballet, to gardening, arts, crafts and even tie-dying t-shirts! They're rated outstanding by OFSTED for a reason - highly recommend.

It doesn’t get much better than Compass House!Our daughter has been going to Compass House for six months and she absolutely loves it! She practically runs in at drop off. The nursery is family run and based in their welcoming home in West Meon.One thing we particularly love about Compass House is that our daughter gets to interact with children of all ages and play in a homely environment. They do lots of arts and crafts, eat home made food, playing outdoors and even have dance class every week.We couldn’t be happier - our daughter loves going there and all the staff are wonderful, diligent, kind and extremely experienced.

Compass house nursery have been absolutely incredible. Not only have they accomodated me at last minute, they have made my 2 year old son extremely happy and comfortable in his new setting. It feels like a second family, rather than a nursery. My son has come on leaps and bounds with his speech and is such a confident little boy. This was the best decision I ever made. The nursery is beautiful and they have alot of outdoor activities too. You cannot put a price on your childs well-being and happiness. Thank you to all the staff for being incredible caring and friendly. I reccomend all parents to consider Compass Nursery x
