The staff at Lords are amazing, so kind and respectful. They are in no rush and have lots of time for you to say goodbye to your best friend, I have met John, Steve and pam all of which are wonderful, I wouldn't have anybody else for the last part of my horses life ❤

End of a era for me. My last horse put to rest. John Lord and his team are 100% first class. They show empathy and compassion. With each horse I owned they treated them with respect and care. I would highly recommend them to any of my horsey friends going through the final chapters.

After the devastating loss of my horse on the 18th April 2019 in the very early hours Mr Lord was called to collect my boy, he has shown compassion and empathy Arrived swiftly, and treated with my boy with respect during the whole time. I had Sovereign cremated and returned in a beautiful and elegant casket. I wish to thank you for your support during a very difficult time. Julie xxx

I found these guys on google when my pig was seriously ill, I emailed a few times and received a quick response. I decided that these seemed the most honest so I rang to use their services. On their arrival they were polite and gave me a chance to “get myself together”They answered all my questions honestly and explained the procedure, I told them I could not be there, once they had moved her into their care they let me know, and they were very professional in handling my questions. I must add that they do deserve a cuppa and a couple of biscuits which I happily made. I also found out from them that they also do single pet cremations. I would definitely use them again, but not for years yet I pray.I would definitely recommend them

I’m pretty sure this was the place we came to during the early 1960s from The Mansfield hide and skin company doing collections.Considering the work done here the place was always clean and appeared well run.

On the 16th of March our beloved Jessica a Chocalate Lab went to sleep and we got in touch with Mr Phil Lord to ask him if he could take Jessica on her last journey,he assured us that she would be treated with great respect and dignity and he picked her up from the Vets the same afternoon He rang us up and said that Jessica was ready to come home .Hi introduced himself and straight away he showed us great empathy kindness sadness at our loss of Jessica after 11yrsI would like to thank Mr Lord for his listening ear and kindness you truly are a Gentleman.From Paul and Karen

John came out to us today, to my old boy. A really lovely man and so respectful, nothing was rushed, and everything was done with dignity. Would recommend as excellent service, and very caring.

A wonderful, professional company in every way we chose them as friends had spoke highly of them and recommended them but oh boy did they live up to and beyond our expectations at such an emotional time in our lives this is the first horse we have said goodbye to he was a huge part of our family for 8 years.John, Pam and Hayley were truly amazing they really care and have huge hearts. Everything was dealt with in a truly heartfelt way and nothing was too much trouble. We now have our beautiful boy back with us in a lovely wooden casket. We thank you all from the bottom of our hearts. Deal with John and his team you will not be disappointed.
