Ordered paint online which came with next day delivery. Nice personalised touch with communication. However, not happy with paint, very thin and caused picture framing. Bought Johnson colour match which has provided an excellent finish.

Wonderful customer service. Not only was their price for Little Greene Paint the cheapest I could find, but the customer service was ace. Despatched on time however, the delivery company failed to deliver as a portion of our road was closed off on the day for sewer repairs. A quick call to Splat and Jamie was on their case. He (and the courier company) updated me with regular emails until my paint was delivered. Very, very happy. Loved the personal touch with the customer service which is rarer than hen’s teeth these days. No infuriating chat bot but a real life person. Yay for Splat!!
