From start to finish the service we received was fantastic. We got a late appointment time to fit around our work commitments. We was offered a hot drink on arrival. Made to feel very comfortable. Our advisor was Jane and she made the whole process of booking our holiday so easy. She listened to what we wanted, gave great advice and found us the best deal. Our dream holiday was booked with no stress. Jane sent me emails of confirmations straight away and emails of places to visit. The stress was completely took out of my hands. The shop had a very calming feel and all the staff were lovely. Thankyou to Jane for a fantastic service. :-)

Jane at the Westwood Cross store is fabulous. She goes above and beyond to find a perfect holiday for us every time we visit and we always give her a challenge. Today we have booked our newborns first holiday and she hasn’t disappointed, found a great hotel to meet our new requirements that matches our usual requests. We can always rely on her great advice and trust her to find our next big adventure. Thank you Jane see you when we get back!

Great experience booking our family holiday for next year. We was looking for a holiday destination that would cater for all the age groups within the family and Jane didn’t disappoint, she showed us various places within our budget and was very informative throughout the booking process. Kelly was very helpful and efficient as she was booking a P&O cruise which included a cabin for my 21 year old son and his cousin. She was successful it getting both parties suitable cabins and has linked the bookings. We are impressed with her attitude in particular remembering facts from our previous visit a few weeks ago. I would thoroughly recommend Kelly and the whole branch at Westwood Cross.

We had a fantastic experience (over several appointments due to our indecision) with Kelly who was very patient, knowledgeable and had some great ideas on different options which may suit our requests and ideas for an extra special holiday. I would thoroughly recommend to any who asked her skills and knowledge, as well of that of her colleagues who all chipped in to answer some of our more out there questions and requests. Truly brilliant service and looking forward to going back to book our cruise excursions etc over the coming months.

My experience at Tui Westwood Cross has been most impressive. Nikita has been exceptionally helpful, using her knowledge and skills to put our personalized holiday together for us. She has proved totally reliable, always contacting us as promised. Subsequent adjustments, at our request, were dealt with promptly and efficiently. She genuinely seemed to have our interest in mind throughout the process. A real 5 Star service.

My wife and I went to the Tui Westwood Cross travel shop to book a cruise and stay holiday. We booked a 30 minute slot and we were seen on time and helped by a wonderful assistant by the name of Joanne. She booked our holiday effortlessly and took the time to explain to us everything we needed to know. The service from start to finish was first class and we were made to feel very welcome there. I would thoroughly recommend paying a visit to this shop. Thank you Joanne, and thank you Tui.
