Extremely happy with the service received for a remote controlled roof blind. The team were helpful and not pushy, we experienced a professional service from a company that arranged to have our blinds fitted quickly and efficiently. Super blinds and easy to use.

I would not use them again - completely unreliable. Following the design consultation in August we booked for the fitting to be done on the 8th of December (as they did not have availability earlier). After waiting for more than 3 months, on the day of the fitting, they sent an email (did not even call) to say they were not doing the installation - they did not provide any explanation of why. We have already paid and planned to be at home that day for the fitting. We still have not received any clear answers or confirmation on when they are coming to do the installation.

Terrible company. Please read the other reviews and see the clear pattern emerging: initially charming salesman, followed by months of delays, mis-selling of products, describing blinds as blocking 80% of light when tissue paper would do a better job, actively unhelpful and obstructive after sales team who don't respond to very legitimate complaints about the inadequate quality of what was provided vs what was sold. You may also wonder why this company has more than 10 different listings on Google - a cynical person might think they are trying to bury these many unhappy reviews. I wish we had never had any dealings with them. Caveat emptor.

Had an amazing experience with Cristophe. I didn’t feel any pressure to buy, he was extremely confident and knowledgeable about the blinds that was suited best for my home! I couldn’t be more happier with my outcome. I would Definitely recommend Cristophe for his professionalism, customer service and expertise.

Love my new shutters, cris did a great job talking me through all the different products and what would suit my home best. Really made the whole process straightforward and easy. Will definitely use again if I ever need new blinds/shutters and would recommend to a friend anytime.

So happy with my new duette blinds! Chris was so helpful and friendly. Chris came back to help the fitter with instillation. Would highly recommend him and I’ll be calling Chris when it’s time for some shutters
