Open Road Scotland Motorhome Hire

Andy and Open Road were absolutely amazing. This was by far the greatest trip our family has ever taken. The entire RV and rental experience was so smooth, enjoyable and easy. The RV was perfect! I wish all companies operated like Andy and the Open Road team do! We will be sending all of our friends and family here for future vacations!! Thank you for a great trip!

My partner and I found Open Road Scotland while we were planning for our first ever overseas trip and we have absolutely no regrets on choosing them for our experience. Andy and John are the kindest, most professional, and personable folks to work with. The van we were given was incredible, roomy, and very comfortable for both of us. We had the most wonderful experience with them and they made our trip so worthwhile and memorable. Will 1000% recommend to any and all who are looking to do a “van life” trip around Scotland!

We had a wonderful holidays in Isle of skye with Andy's Motorhome. We booked for 8 days. John and Andy were so helpful and they made sure that we are comfortable from the start. It became our home and we were very sad, when we had to return it.I would be coming back to the beautiful Scotland and to Open Road motor home.

Andy and team were very welcoming when we arrived to collect our Motorhome. We got a thorough briefing, plenty of time for questions and help with loading our kit from the car. Parking our car was also free and very convenient. The motorhome was very clean and everything worked perfectly. I would absolutely recommend them and we will be back again!

Hiring a motorhome from OpenRoad was an excellent expirience and helped us to fulfil our lifelong dream! I hired the lowlander deluxe motorhome from Open Road Scotland for my wife, two sons and myself for the week at a very reasonable price. We attended a family music festival in England over the weekend and then visited Yorkshire Dales. We were delighted with the van. It had everything we needed. The guys at open road were really helpful, I can't recommend them enough and we will hopefully be able to use their services again next year.

Andy and his team really care, its as simple as that.On collecting the motorhome we received a professional and thorough induction (from John) before setting off in the superb Lowlander Deluxe.The motorhome itself was very clean and modern and ready on our arrival.We had a fantastic holiday touring the magnificent Scottish Highlands and Isle of Skye with great weather too (May 2023).On returning the motorhome 7 days later John kindly got one of the team to Jet Wash our Blossom covered car (which I’d left parked under a tree for a week!)A very good privately owned company which Andy has grown over the years.We will definitely be using Open Road Scotland in the future.Thanks gentlemen.Ken & Jacqui

Our experience with Open Road Scotland and Andy was exceptional from booking all the way through to returning the van. We hired The Islander for a week and it had everything we needed and more. On collection of the van, John gave us thorough guidance on how to use everything and we were given loads of time to unpack our belongings, check all the equipment and make sure we felt comfortable before driving away.We would 100% recommend and hope to be able to return for another adventure in the future. Amazing experience with Open Road Scotland. Andy and John were brilliant and we had a very detailed handover when picking up the lowlander deluxe which we hired for 5 days this October half term. The motorhome had all the things you need for a comfortable stay. Would definitely use this company again if we return to the Highlands.
