I've come here for years and it's best one around! Some reviews make comments on them not having a laugh etc I've never experienced this at all my mum use to visit before her passing they always had a laugh with my mum some of the reviews are clearly fake this shop is lovely and the two men that run it are polite and do care about the animals would highly recommend as I do anyway

Recently bought some fish from here I already had 3 big beautiful fish at home went to see these guys was told the fish I bought would be fine with my other 3 over the past week my 3 big fish died I had them for 8 year also the other smaller fish also died my water was fine so to my one of the smaller fish I purchased was poorly which past it on to my bigger fish little bit upset about it tbh

They have sold me fish that are unwell. My tank has been up and running for a week before I purchased these fish. I've done water tests everyday since putting the fish in there. Gradually over the last 4 days my goldfish have lost scales and just seem unhappy in general. I've lost 2 fish in 2 days with clear water tests. I've been and had a word about the situation and was met with snide comments and dirty looks. Unhappy is an understatement with the £40 of fish I boughtEdit: it's now day 4 and I've lost 6 fish. Clear water tests still showing
