Looking at their website most installations look great.From our experience, the fitters who come install are also very good.So why the 2 star rating?Like all business, things can on occasion go wrong. For me this is not an issue- it is how companies and their management deal with problems that matters.This company lacks the leadership and desire to resolve issues when they arise. So disappointing.And top tip for all: that days of a receptionist’s hand over a phone while the boss says “tell him I’m not here” are well gone. Might of worked on a 1970’’s Trim Phone - but now just embarrassing.3 weeks on and still not finished. Now only one star.Finding an alternative supplier to finish off.
