Ford Transit Service Centre Cardiff

My van was repaired a number of times then after four times breaking down for the same thing have to wait two months for them to do investigation was not happy with their decision taking it now to Newport Ford . They find out things which was failed by the Cardiff branch. They did not do the job properly. I would not be in this situation now, three months without a van which earn a living and tight times, which is also putting me out of work and losing my job Heartbreaking for the family as no income will be coming in. Please be aware of Cardiff And Newport seems to be better run, but it will be at your cost there is no customers care, got nothing else to say butdisappointment.

An awful experience from start to finish. Firstly I had a recall for the wet belt . Its called that as it goes through oil.Anyway don't buy a ford . I was told they have 25 cars and vans daily coming in with various problems.My van broke down from the belt and had to call aa, I was booked in for an mot with an independent mot station.I have had nothing but grief . I have been told I need a new engine and I would have to get mot with them? As they couldn't road test!So I had the mot and a lady called greta with a terrible attitude told me I needed a new number plate or it would fail. So now because I refused they also failed on a true they originally told me was good. And also the number plate fail.the lady greta said the van would be put in a secure compound until I paid my bill.So now no mot and not road tested which they originally insisted on? Avoid like the plague
