Rotherham Magistrates Court

have been trying to get hold of the courts for a month now on there phone line they never pick up you just go round on a loop

We recently attended this court hoping for justice after our eldest son was killed by a driver at Swinton,who on his own admission pulled out on him whilst he was on his way to work on his motorcycle.The judge,in our opinion,was far from sympathetic to us as a family,and seemed intent on telling us that the accused and his family were also suffering.Though we accept the accused did not deliberately leave home with the intention of killing our son we feel people should be held responsible for their actions and a fine of £85 and a 22week suspended prison sentence with a 2 year ban in our opinion makes the price of our sons life very cheap.I hope in future justice does prevail as we have no faith in this court or the system as a whole.
