Excellent experience. Great availability and flexibility. The briefing he gives you before the test is very precise and helpful. He conducts the test in a calm manner and allows you to do your best. I would definitely recommend him.

The examiner was congenial and relaxed, taking his time to explain the assessment itinerary during a short and friendly introduction.This put me at ease and gave me more confidence, prior to commencing the test (which was conducted in a professional and cordial manner).I'm very glad that I chose this particular service and would highly recommend it to others wishing to obtain their ICAO English Proficiency Certificate.

One of the requirements for me to convert my UK FCL back to a EASA FCL was to conduct a new Language Proficiency Test. I received the recommendations and contact details regarding Jay myself from a flying colleague.Jay was very integer and professional and explained before the test the set-up and the requirements. After two days of the actual test I received all the documentation and certifications.Great set-up and overall service
