Excellent service, treatment and care from the moment I contacted the Vein Centre, until my treatment was concluded in Exeter.My thanks and appreciation to Reception (Lucy), Consultant (Dr Richard Guinness) and Support Nurse (Emily Jones).Very happy with the results. Would highly recommend to anyone considering treatment for varicose veins.

The premises is spotlessly clean and welcoming. The staff are all very professional yet friendly and cheerful. The consultant, Mr Mcarthy, is very experienced and kind with a great sense of humour so he puts his patients at ease. I would recommend The Vein Centre to anyone who needs the type of treatment that offer.

Finished treatment on my legs 4th Nov. Lucy the receptionist was welcoming and friendly, and helps put you at ease from the start. Rob the consultant and Emily the nurse explain everything in great detail, and make you feel relaxed and comfortable during treatment. Thank you Emily for chatting away during treatment. Rob is highly skilled and performed a brilliant EVLA treatment that was completed in just over an hour. I had looked around many private options before settling on treatment at the Exeter branch. I would recommend this service as it has completely cleared my vein problem and returned my life back to normal. Emily was great and helped keep my mind busy during the operation, and Anne was very friendly on reception. Overall 5-star experience.

From start to finish, I couldn't have hoped for a better level of service.Everything was clearly explained to me, Mr McCarthy made sure to thoroughly go through my medical history, before explaining any potential risks and I was under no pressure whatsoever, to go through with the procedure if I wasn't happy to do so.The procedure itself was explained before and during and I was made to feel completely at ease. Bedside manner from Mr McCarthy and his team is excellent. I really couldn't recommend more highly.

I am more than happy to express my gratitude towards the Exeter medical team regarding my recent EVLA treatment. The clinic is situated in the heard of town , it's new and extremely clean and up to date. The receptionist , sorry I can't remember her name, was very kind and gave me a warm welcome. Dr Mccarthy, man of few words but focused and extremely professional was absolutely brilliant in his work keeping me away from any discomfort or any pain during the whole procedure. Emily , the nurse, extremely sociable and helpful was present all the time sharing valuable information about the procedure, side effects and everything I needed to know. I felt very relaxed the whole time and I really enjoyed having been treated in such a pleasant company. I am looking forward for the follow up treatment. Many many thanks !

What a team!. They are very professional yet friendly and put you at ease straight away.I have just had my second treatment I am already seeing very positive results.I look forward to my last treatment in the next few weeks with hopefully a very welcoming iced coffee!!
