Brak zainteresowaniem klientem . Próby telefoniczne kończą się rozłączaniem także dni otwarcia nie są zaktualizowane z Google . Godzinę jechałem do Kings Lyn po to żeby zobaczyć co maja i ewentualnie zamówić to pocałowałem klamkęw sobotę, a niby otwarte do 17 . Nie polecam !!

Nie polecam 1000f stracone naroznik po nie spelna 2 latach sie zepsuł ,, załamało się jedno siedzenie gwarancja rok brak mozliwosc naprawy na terenie uk

AWARE AWARE AWRE!!!!If you think that date of delivery is what they said...you wrong!After deposit taken promise (written on contract paper) delivery happened over a MONTH later!!Order placed in beginning of July-----> delivery October....WOW!I had phoned many times and only few time lucky get connected and hear yes sorry next week....Totally unprofessional, delivery driver rude - don't even want to take to door!!! Almost left sofa in corner of the road....Think twice! I never ever going to order from there again!Quality is the another issue, sofa dimension (CHECK YOURSELF WITH MESSURE TAPE!!!! ) is far away from what the lady said...of course 20 or 25 cm short or longer is perhaps no difference for business owner but is very important to a sofa owner...In the summary this shop is a joke! It should be close for a standard their provide and promise they never met.Almost fighting "to get goods delivery and no existing customer service is in my opinion enough.....to put money somewhere else!Unhappy with wrong size and wrong direction delivered

They are not serious and no one answers the phone either, and they said my order would arrive in a week and I waited 3 weeks to be told that I have to wait another 3 weeks

I was happy with the sofa itself but not really happy with the service provided. Slow delivery lack of contact and the owner is quite rude over the phone like they doesn't really care about their customers. OK, note taken next time I'll go elsewhere. 2 stars because the sofa bed was good quality.
