I was considering ordering a new guitar from their online store, but had a couple of questions. The team answered my questions in just a few minutes. I placed the order, and wanted different strings requiring a bit of set-up. They were happy to oblige, and even threw in the strings! I got my new guitar in under 48hours from ordering. The team were communicative and friendly throughout. Exceptional service. Can't wait to visit the store in person :)

Was looking for a tenor ukulele the two men in the shop were most helpful ,and brought several ukuleles for me to try , I bought a Kala and I am delighted with it.this is the second instrument that I have bought from Symphony and I would recommend them .

I bought a Cordoba C5 online - the staff at Symphony Music were so helpful in answering the multiple questions I had. The guitar was as well packaged as I've ever seen, and the service start to finish was fantastic. I couldn't be happier and won't hesitate to use them again in the future. Thank you!

I went in today with the intention of just having a browse. However, Dave and Michelle were very friendly and gave me a warm welcome. There knowledge and professionalism resulted in me leaving with a Fender CD-60 V3 and all the bits to get me back into playing. They were not pushy in the slightest and were willing to answer any questions that I had. I would definitely recommend this store to anyone. Thankyou!

Excellent shop - staff all really helpful and easy to deal with. I had to buy a guitar without being able to get there to try it first, and they made every step of a potentially pitfall-ridden process very easy. Would recommend.
