Always a quick response from the team at Arrow Comms. We had an issue at a site, where a building contractor had accidentally cut through the lines. Once they said the lines ad been re-instated, Arrow sent an engineer to check the terminals in our office and proved that the contractors still hadn't connected our lines back up. The contractors refused to believe that there were ever any lines going into that office, Arrow sent through proof of the order within minutes of requesting it. Contractors are now going to rectify the issue.Arrow have also provided us with super quick line installations, and other products that have never faulted since install. Totally recommend Arrow for your communication needs, whether your business is large or small!

We already use Arrow for our large children's nursery in Newcastle and we are very happy with the service they provide. Recently another of our nurseries in Northumberland experienced loss of broadband from their provider (Daisy Comms, don't get me started). Since Daisy seemed totally disinterested in fixing the problem, I asked Arrow if they could help us out at short notice - and they did, the next day! A great team of local, knowledgeable, professional people proving good old fashioned hands on customer service. Excellent.

Excellent, efficient service. The two men spent the day in our new office fitting the phone system and went the extra mile to ensure that everything went smoothly and worked as we required. Simon followed up by sending detailed instructions as agreed. We were very satisfied and would definitely recommend.
