My 9yr old daughter had some sessions with Jane for 6 weeks. After the first face to face meeting she immediately felt safe and comfortable and able to confide.I noticed a real difference in her confidence and her happiness. The tools and coping mechanisms she was taught, she still uses today! Would highly recommend!
