This has to be the best chicken shop in small heath. Great food and service

The food was good. I ordered a variety of items for the family and overall it was good. Chicken made to order and fresh with plenty of marinade. In my opinion tasted better than pepes on Coventry road. The shop looks good and modern with plenty of seats

Bought one chicken fillet burger for my son and found it to be extremely salty even though there was no ketchup or sauce on it.Since he was hungry and didn't had anything else to eat, he ended up eating it.The interior of this franchise and the behaviour of their staff towards customers is excellent but the food is astonishingly poor quality. If the supplier has provided bad frozen chicken patties then the best thing to do, is to return it back to them instead of feeding it to your customers.Anyway, will not be going there again.

I recently visited a fantastic food shop in Small Heath. The shop had a great atmosphere, with modern decor and friendly staff. The shop offered a wide variety of food options. The cozy lighting, friendly staff, and delicious aromas wafting from the kitchen all combined to create an ambience that was both comfortable and inviting.I ordered the chicken and rice, which was absolutely delicious. The chicken was cooked to perfection, juicy and tender, and served on soft, fresh spicy rice. The chicken was topped with mouthwatering chicken which was cooked to perfection, It also came with a side of crispy fries, which were perfectly seasoned and cooked to perfection. The portion size was generous, and the food was reasonably priced.In addition to the food, the shop also had a great selection of drinks. I tried the blue drink over the counter which I can not remember the name of, which was sweet and refreshing, and the perfect complement to my food, But what really set This Rios apart was the staff. They were incredibly friendly and attentive and went out of their way to make sure I had a great experience. They were happy to answer any questions I had about the food and drinks and made me feel right at home.Overall, I had a great experience at The small Heath Rios. The food was delicious, the staff was friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere was modern and inviting. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for a tasty and satisfying meal in the Birmingham area.
