I would definitely recommend Shortland Horne Estate Agents at the Waslgrave Road Branch. In particular, I was very impressed with Sue Costello and Richard Costello. We were kept up to date on a regular basis on the progress of the sale all throughout the process by Sue and Richard. Firstly, Richard came round to market the property. We were very pleased with the outcome of the great photos and video too. Thereafter, despite some issues at the bottom of the chain. Sue managed to overcome these problems and finally complete our sale. Thank you all for your efficiency and efforts.

The service provided by Sue and Richard Costello at the Walsgrave branch was exemplary from the beginning of the sales process for my Mother’s house. Both Sue and Richard were incredibly professional , supportive and reassuring throughout which was hugely appreciated by my family particularly my Mother. From the excellent photos taken to market our home to the support from them throughout the whole process, which can be extremely stressful, they were always available and happy to push things along to ensure we were constantly making progress with the sale. I really cannot thank the team well enough. Sue and Richard who looked after our property sale but also purchase are absolute stars as is Will who was the field agent who showed the property to our potential buyers. Dealing with very difficult, basically incompetent, solicitors working for our buyers, was something that Sue made look simple but I am sure it wasn't. They certainly drove me mad and if it wasn't for Sue, we would have never completed. Great job for which we cannot thank them enough!

Sold with this branch and they were brilliant i have not had such good experiences with estate agents before but from the moment i met Sue i was happy to sign up with them she was straight to the point and delivered on every single thing she said. Especially sue at the walsgrave road branch she was not even selling our property but without her we would have lost everything, she treats clients like people instead of seeing pound signs and works extremely hard to get the job done right.The rest of the team in the branch were great and communication was never a problem selling and buying is such a hard thing you Need a team who works together and gets the job done and for me the only people to trust would be shorthland horne.
