Car battery went flat on Sunday. Need a power pack as jump leads wouldn't reach to battery the way car was situated. Contacted impact ni Tommy was with us within minutes, had the problem sorted in know time. Quick and reliable service thanks again

Having had an accident that wasn't my fault I authorised Impact NI to deal with insurers and sort out claims etc. They did an excellent job and made what would otherwise have been an extremely stressful situation much less stressful. They arranged for a loan car to be delivered to me and took away my own car for assessment. Their communication and advice throughout was outstanding. I would highly recommend them to anyone in a similar position

I had a car accident in 2021, I used Impact NI who were absolutely amazing! So helpful empathetic and understanding! They went above and beyond to deliver out the courtesy car which was spotless, the girls in the office were lovely and again went above and beyond with every phone-call, the whole team were brilliant in helping me through different stages of hire, so quick and efficient no issue was to big for them to sort! genuinely the best company to use after an accident. Couldn’t recommend them enough!Thanks for all the help guys. Much appreciated.

First class service from lifting my car and leaving me a replacement so I could still work to getting it back and the car was cleaned and left spotless .definitely give them a try is you have an accident that was not your fault
