I was really disappointed by the service. There were a lot of extra charges which weren't clear on the initial price. We were repeatedly charged extras for people unwilling to measure or fit (£150 each time they spot a problem"). The measuring and fitting all seems to be subcontracted so may be pot luck who you get. I would personally avoid using this company in the future."

Gave wrong price. Rather than admitting error made up the fact that an email was sent to state this followed by Rude email stating I'M wasting THEIR time. Honestly if this is how they treat customers after a simple mistake I dread to think what happens when there are bigger problems. As for all the glowing reviews I'm sure they only invite those they want to be seen.I have emails to evidence the arrogant and rude tone from Steve at stone synergy.No doubt they will claim this as a false review and have it removed but hopefully it's a warning to anyone who is serious about their job.

Bought Some Quartz worktops, would really recommend this company, the staff were very helpful and the price came in lower than other places i had been quoted. The fitting lads, did an exceptional job and we love our new worktops , they just finish our kitchen off nicely.
