Was shocked when within an hour of me posting on a Facebook group that Craig responded and then turned up to give an estimate that same day.The next morning, they turned up and sorted an issue we'd been having for ages after a previous company had not resolved.Not only did they sort out the issue, but took it upon themselves to knock at the two neighbours our gutters connect too. These neighbours rented, and were quite unconcerned that their homes had damp issues.They unblocked the connecting gutters as well, placed some lining in ours as this was where the water was over flowing. And sorted out the drainage pipe connected to property number 3.Mostly issues that should have been dealt with their landlords!!! But the team had our best interests at heart.Also gave some advice on how to prevent future instances with regards the neighbours drains and advised we check the loft for signs of damp due to a tile missing on the other properties roof.All for a very fair price, especially given I wouldn't fancy being up a ladder in the wind and rain!Would definitely recommend and highly pleased with customer service, and speed of action.

I contacted Craig as I had a damp ceiling after the bad rain fall recently. I explained that I was hoping to get it sorted as soon as possible and he came the same afternoon to look at the problem and gave me a very reasonable quote and showed me photos of the problem.Craig came the day after as promised and fixed the problem for me and updated me on what he found and advised me on what may be needed in the future.I would highly recommend Craig, he’s very personable, professional and responsive. We`ve been having an issue with rain coming in through the top of the bedroom windows for 2 years. Three different roofers have tried to fix it without any joy and much expense.Craig came out and found the potential problem within 5 minutes. Agreed to the work doing and the team came within two days to fix the concrete gutters (which we were convinced needed removing at very large expense) .It has rained heavily since the fix and has remained water tight. Superb service and knowledge. Kept me updated on the day of the repair and came to ensure there weren’t any other problems after the fix.It did seem expensive at the time for less than two hours work, but has solved what was turning into a very worrying problem. Craig mentioned it came with a 25 year guarantee which gave us extra peace of mind about the work.Would definitely use again. Many thanks Craig.

We first paid a deposit for our roof to be repaired in January and the job is still not complete. Roof doctor send a new and more ridiculous excuse everyday.Absolutely, do not use them as you'll be out of pocket and the work won't be completed.I've read several review below which sound exactly the same as the experience we've had, just don't use them.

Craig came around the same day to inspect my leaking lean-to roof. He provided me a list of materials required which I purchased. Within two weeks, I had a new roof on, Wez and the team did a great job. Would highly recommend them.

By the look of the reviews he is good if he turns up but you also run the risk of him taking your money and never seeing him again. I am the latter of these two.We paid a deposit after being offered a good price and a promise the scaffolding would go up a week later and the work would start a day after that.The scaffolding didn't go up and no one turned up to do the work. A week or so passed without anything happening.I asked for a refund of the deposit. I was promised a refund 4-5 times but havent received one. A range of excuses have been offered and if he replies to this review then you'll get to hear them too.They might be true. They might not be. I don't know. I get that things go wrong. But you don't get to just keep the money and not do the work without telling me what the problem is.You should be contacting me. Not the other way around.

Came to clean and repair my gutter. Only charged for what was needed and showed me photos of other problems. Easy to organise through Facebook, except he didn't turn up when it snowed or let me know.

Craig ordered workwear from our business (small local family business) Craig collected the order from us - we released the clothing in good faith. Invoice has not been paid and correspondence has been ignored. Extremely upsetting and damaging for us as a business and a family just before Christmas.

Contacted gutter doctor because of a leaking gutter. Craig turned up within 30 minutes and left me a quote to replace the guttering. After confirming I wanted the work carried out, the guys were here within a few days, completed the job in a few hours and my issue was resolved.Quick, easy and would use again.
