A very friendly chemist. We use yakubs for our care home medication. The whole staff team from management to pharmacist as well as delivery drivers will always go above and beyond to sort things out. Nothing seems too much trouble for the team. Service with a smile. Thank you as always!

The Chemist is good overall. However i spoke to someone over the phone few days ago who I felt was slow, not paying attention as much, I had to repeat myself a lot to make sure she was getting the correct information. I had to repeat my number like 10 times and even then the text I was supposed to get didn't come. So I'm having to pop in to sort that out which has caused a bit of stress for me to take some time out.

Fabulous chemist. Best one we have ever used. Always helpful. Go out of their way to solve problems rather than look for new ones (which we have had in the past from a certain national pharmacy chain!).Would recommend to anyone. Especially those who have a large number of prescriptions that they struggle to keep track of. Yakub ring us every 4 weeks to make sure we have what we need. They have always tried very hard to track meds down or find alternatives when there have been shortages. They have done the calling around rather than leave it to us to chase GPs etc.Really pleased to have them.

Booked in for a PCR test to fly back to China. Everyone was friendly and polite and the test certificate came through the next day without any problems.

Absolutely superb service from all the staff at this chemist. We had our PCR test done here so we could travel the girls helped us fill out the forms and when the results came back printed our fit to travel certificate. Nothing was too much trouble. We would highly recommend them .

£150, this chemist is a rip off Day 5 test to release results are received after 2 days.Rude customer service.Reading they have laot of negative comments.Long way to go until they match up a proper chemist.
