5sept 2023Fitter called today to free jammed handle on loft window.Cheerful and optimistic and walked me through method of sliding hinges in order to safely clean outside of window!The window cleaner(wife)is overjoyed.He also left us a key for the windows and all this for free.What!!! French doors look nice but have had problems with doors shutting properly. They take no responsibilty for fitting. Be warned.
