Fantastic from the beginning right from the first consultation to post op! Really happy with the results and service provided by Dr Rao. I was made to feel immediately comfortable with his approach and friendly manner which made me feel extremely relaxed and confident going into surgery. Any worries of mine were always dealt with very quickly and great support was given even after the surgery. I would recommend Dr Rao to anyone wishing to have the same procedure in the future! The surgery has given me increased confidence in my appearance! A very talented surgeon and many people have commented on how good of a job Dr Rao has done!

Surgery is never pleasant, but Mr Rao definitely alleviated all my concerns and gave very clear, good and balanced advice. Mr Rao also has a rare gift many medical professionals nowadays seem to lack - the ability to find and address root causes rather than just providing symptomatic relief. Add to this his friendly disposition and willingness to answer questions - and respond quickly to post-surgery niggles - makes him a genuinely good medical practitioner I would recommend to anyone.
