Yes, we are all customers, but you can tell when they are genuine and sincere and take a pleasure looking after you.I would like to say thank you to Sue on reception and her colleague , together with Frazer from the Service team for looking after me and making it a pleasure to come to a centre that want to look after you.I would highly recommend this centre to anyone who owns a Porsche or is thinking of investing in the brand.You won’t regret it!!!Thank you.

Had a great experience with Porsche Centre Stockport recently, both over the phone & during my last few visits. Very much appreciate the great customer service, advice, and care received from Chris Wain, who looked after me through the process of deciding on an upgrade with Porsche. Chris was super helpful in accommodating my needs and requests and was able to prioritise a quick turnaround on the delivery. I look forward to continued dealings with Chris & Porsche Centre Stockport in the future :)

I arrived at the showroom to handover a car to my customer. Sue was there to welcome me immediately and helped get me set up without hesitation. The staff all assisted me without an issue in order to give my customer the best experience when collecting his Taycan, they did it efficiently and thoroughly.A great experience for myself as well as my customer.

Arrived at 10.30am on a Saturday so we could charge at the fast charger before catching a flight. One of the fast chargers was out of order and the second had a Porsche Stockport car charging at 93% of charge. Went into the dealership and asked if they could move the car as I needed a charge to get to the airport. I was told that the car on charge had to be charged before a PDI and I would have to wait 30 minutes!!! I said that the car was at 93% but they didn't want to move it. Shocking customer service.

I've been going to Porsche Stockport for a while now as I have an electric Porsche and the fast chargers are brilliant. As well as the charging facilities, the coffee is amazing and the level of service is faultless. Sue and Di are so friendly, remember me and take the time to talk to me. I certainly would recommend buying and having your Porsche serviced here!

Thanks for a great day out on the recent Taycan drive out to the Peak Edge hotel my wife Elaine and I thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience from arriving at the showroom to be welcomed by Dianne and Sue with a nice coffee who always remember our names.
