Excellent service, made me feel at ease, didn't really want a small car but ended up loving it. Will definitely use them again.

Excellent courteous staff whole process very smooth and quick. One tiny thing could you put a slow down sign or bump on the sharp bend as you come into your yard. I had to run into to the bushes as a fast car came down the road on my side of the road as I left!

What a lovely surprise to find this high quality services close to home. Extremely easy online booking process, helpful yet professional staff, good prices.Someone needs to place a bigger signage before the turn from the main road. A bit tricky to find the place. But if I managed, anyone can too :)

I spoke to George after having a few issues on the website. He clarified what I needed and reserved the vehicle for collection Saturday morning. Collected the van, which was in incredibly good condition. We walked around and took photos, then he handed me the key and off I went. The van was clearly well maintained and was a very comfortable drive with an impressive MPG (manual ford SWB) when I took the van back new pictures were taken as part of the check and George explained the deposit would be returned ect ect. The process of collection took about 15 mins (you need your driving licence, proof of address AND national insurance number) which if I had prepared would have saved me 5 minutes or so. Overall a very impressive service which I would highly recommend!

I was very pleased with the service. The staff were very polite and helpful and explained carefully and clearly how to operate the vehicle. The online rental process was easy, and I then had great communication from the team regarding a potential change to the vehicle I had booked. Collection was very easy and slick. Vehicle was very clean on pick up (not so clean on return).Its a brilliant thing that you can return a vehicle on a Saturday afternoon meaning I only needed a 24 hr hire instead of a full Fri-Mon rate like most other companies.Highly recommended and will definitely use again.
