Drinks were what you would expect. Staff were friendly. But the inside is very drap and echoey!! I really couldn't wait to get back outside. It also smelled quite musty.Definitely needs an update or fresh coat of paint.

Very nice helpful staff, full marks there, but the cafe is very dark inside as the only windows are at the entrance which makes it a bit dismal.

Like all other Costa outlets, this was OK. The service was quicker than usual, and the coffee was satisfactory, and the coffee glass had been filled properly as I now find that I regularly have to request that my drinks are filled to the top of the cup. And then of course, there is the issue of regular price hikes, reduction of rewards, and the frequent requests to top my drink up. I love the coffee, but other places are more reasonable. If prices keep rising, this may adversly affect the customer footfall.

Good service with coffee that is up to standard, however the place itself is way too small. It can fit only about 15 people and the toilets are a bit grimy.

Heard of a deal on the radio the day prior to my visit.As a regular customer i thought i would sample my 'free treat' as advertised ..which is awarded with a hot drink purchase which i would be purchasing for my partner anyhow.Sadly the staff knew nothing of the offer,nor did they investigate and simply remained very unhelpful and appeared un-interested.Eventually they admitted the offer did exist but never offered the points on my card,nor gave me a receipt so i clearly see it run by poorly trained kids.

When in Congleton it is an absolute certainty that we visit this particular Costa. The staff are lovely, They can make a dull day so much brighter. The atmosphere is very pleasant and the service is swift. I thoroughly recommend this Costa shop.

The most disgusting Costa I've been to, the service is wild. The bartender throws the tray, throws a straw on the tray. There is a rumble in the cafe. I went to the toilet for 3 minutes, a large half of the cappuccino was removed from the table.

The staff are helpful and friendly, good for a quick bite. The store is always clean but could do with a revamp.The main thing I would complain about is that it's always freezing, you want to come in for a warm up in the winter months but I feel I can't take my coat off otherwise I get cold in my bones.
