I ordered products to the value of +£500 (and am a repeat customer) and after +1 month they have not arrived. The products were recommended on the back of an appointment that cost £275 and the treatment is time sensitive. I have chased on many occasions and asked for the elusive tracking number that ND. do not want to share? I received a feeble apology from Angel and the following options regarding my order:1 To resend the order with no guarantee that they will arrive.2. Wait even longer for the first order to arrive.3. Refund the order.Where in the above options is the customer service and a solution to solve this problem? The delay has been caused because of the courier ND have selected to work with (shipping cost is picked up by the customer) and their attitude is that it's just not really their fault or problem. As supplements are time sensitive and part of a treatment which ND are aware of, they least they could is offer to have the products sent by courier at their cost. Instead they take their time is responding to my emails and certainly don't care! I am finding other providers, if you read this review, I suggest you do the same.

Wow. Always impressed by fast delivery and great service but they have really excelled themselves this time. Can't believe I ordered supplements online on 23 December and received my order on Christmas Eve - in the middle of a Royal Mail strike. Thanks so much, guys, you must work so hard to get these orders out so efficiently.

Five star prices , MINUS ONE STAR CUSTOMER SERVICE. . Awful, literally awful, stressful, unsopportive. Will be asking my practitioner to redirect me to a different supplier. You get better service at a Whetherspoons!

Ordered on 28/09. Still no goods today on 07/10. Natural Dispensary say they are investigating but couldn’t really care less as they’ve got my money. Haven’t given any indication of when they might be in touch. Meanwhile they’re perfectly happy for me just to place and pay for the order all over again.

Seriously this place is amazing. I'm a regular customer and they are so efficient. I placed an order today at about 4pm and have already received the tracking/delivery email to tell me it will be with me by 11am tomorrow. This isn't the first time I've placed an order late in the day and received before lunch the following day.Really great company, excellent selection, very easy to use website. I would definitely recommend them ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

There are many shops of this kind that sell good quality products, but the reason I am so loyal to these guys is because of Mary. For it's about the people who help when something goes wrong. And what went wrong is my menopausal brain on at least 2, if not 3 (brain can not remember!) occasions. Mary helped me fix my mistakes with the patience of a saint, and did not make me feel like a muppet!! Communication and -style is outstanding!!Yesterday I ordered last minute" for the first time

Always a 5* company. Have used them for 8 years now and always get the same level of great service. I starting using them as they were recommended by my Nutrionist. They also have an extensive range of products and my order is delivered via Royal Mail (so no waiting for couriers!) when they say it will. Highly recommend!Addendum: maybe because of the pandemic and how it's affected royal mail but my orders now come via Yodel and it takes much longer to receive the goods. Before I could order before 2pm and almost guarantee that it would arrive the following day. Now I have to wait 3 to 4 days before I get my order. But disappointing especially if you need something to help when at the start of an illness. Given 4* because of this.

Really poor delivery options- even though I paid £6 for tracked and ordered on Friday I still have to wait to Monday. TCustomer service was not bothered about this

Super fast delivery and incredible customer service.When I had an incorrect delivery they sorted it so fast and sent out the right item without any hassle or extra expense to me.It’s rare to find such impeccable service these days and I can’t rate The Natural Dispensary highly enough for product, delivery and service.Just amazing!
