Jamie came out the next evening after I contacted him - very quick and responsive. He talked me through the issues behind the poor state of my swimming pool, thoroughly cleaned it and treated it on his first visit. The pool was crystal clear the next day, which was absolutely amazing! Highly recommended.

Let down by my usual pool maintenance guy, after over 30 yrs. He didn't want to come and 'just clean' my pool!! Isn't that what pool guys do? Anyway...I found Jspools online and got in touch with Jamie Stokes. He gave me some good advice. Even though he was busy, he booked me in to clean and winterise my pool that I neglected due to being away at work. He did a great job. I'm very pleased. He also used up the remaining chemicals that I had, adding them to his own. He billed me accordingly. I'll arrange a pool maintenance contract with him, so my pool will be good to go when I need it. Nice friendly guy.
