Coffee Machine Service and Repair

My Fracino coffee machine was due an annual service and Kris was extremely thorough, ensuring everything was top notch. He made a return visit once a part I needed had arrived and ensured I was happy with what he had done. Kris went above & beyond his engineering expertise by explaining to me, a complete novice, on how the machine works, from it drawing the water from the pump to dialling in the coffee on the grinder that would effect the machine’s performance, which gave me confidence on my first day going solo serving customers! Definite loyal customer here who will call again in a year’s time!
