I’m not one to usually leave a review but on this occasion I feel that I should as The service we received was second to none right from the moment we entered the showroom.Jon-Jo and Wendy gave us the advice that we needed and Karl measured up and the fitters Luke and Jake did an amazing job preparing and fitting our beautiful floor, so thank you all for a stress free experience.I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend you.

Recently had Allfloors source and lay Karndean LVTs into my kitchen. The price was very reasonable having compared with several other quotes. I found all the staff from initial quote, office support and the fitter polite, friendly and professional. My only grumble are a few clusters of tiles with very similar patterns (I'm sure these could have been distributed more evenly), but besides that the job was finished to a good standard. They are quite busy currently and had to wait just over two months for fitting after booking.

We recently purchased Karndean flooring from All Floors (Witney) and were very pleased with the service and customer support. Recommended!

I visited All Floors in Witney today and was very disappointed at the lack of customer service I experienced.I asked a rather frosty staff member if I could browse the carpets and was directed (not taken) upstairs where there was nobody to assist. Some time later, I returned downstairs to asked for some samples and was told to go back upstairs and help myself to the ones I wanted. I came down again to explain that I could get the samples I wanted off of the display and I was told that there ‘should’ be extra samples underneath to take. I went back upstairs but there wasn’t……!!At this point I thought ‘hold on, I’m receiving absolutely zero interest and zero assistance here. Why am I up & down the stairs like a yo yo?’ so I left (without anyone even noticing). I had initially booked an appointment time for them to come and measure up but I emailed to cancel.I then went around the corner to Carpet Options and my two experiences couldn’t have been more different. Suffice to say that Carpet Options will receive my £700 + order…..

We used ALLFLOORS as they provided a very competitive price and have a fantastic local reputation.On the big day, a gent called LUKE arrived and was immediately made to feel comfortable with our choice.Luke and his colleagues were extremely professional, personable and tidy.Extremely well recommended indeed.

I used the services of Allfloors of Oxfordshire for wooden ( parquet) floor fitting in 2 reception rooms and the entrance hall. I’m very happy about the work they have done for me. The workmen Luke and Steve were professional, highly skilled and punctual; they did an excellent job and the final result is top notch. My floors look beautiful and exactly how I wanted it. They also did some carpentry work where they lifted and then replaced the skirting boards. It was done perfectly, very neat and tidy and there was no damage to the boards during the process of replacement.All in all, I am very satisfied with the service Sean and his team have carried out for me and I highly recommend their services.Nara Hodge, Witney
