Purchased a set of rear Mad Springs from Ekollon about 4 months ago. Rang up a couple of times to ask questions, spoke to both Trevor and Clive who were amazing. They were friendly and professional and gave me all the time I needed to ask questions. Delayed my review till now so I could test the springs, with and without trailer attached. Having driven a few thousand miles, mostly with trailer attached, am very happy with the outcome. My estate car handles a lot better, definitely more planted on the road with less wallow and with my 4m loaded trailer, towing, ride and handling are so much better. We had a suspension issue with our Mercedes Marco Polo campervan riding low at the back when fully laden, and whilst towing a two-tonne trailer. Despite months of investigation, we had absolutely no success in finding a solution to the problem. I subsequently saw an advert for MAD Suspension, and contacted Ekollon Ltd, speaking to Trevor. We have had a number of conversations and he has been exceptionally patient, professional and thorough in finding the exact requirements needed for our vehicle. I even had very positive comments from the Mercedes-Benz dealer that we use to state how detailed and helpful the information provided by Trevor was. I would not hesitate to recommend Ekollon Limited - they are absolutely first class.

Had an issue with my insignia becoming low at the back when towing. Contacted these guys and advised the mad spring replacement. Arrived 1 day later. Fiited by local mechanic and what a difference car handled better without and and was very stable when towing. Friendly advice and a great product.

I searched for a rear suspension upgrade for my 2007 Chrysler Grand Voyager for ages with no real success. Then I came across Ekollon Ltd.I phoned them for advise and to sound them out. The response I got was 2nd to none. He checked the item would fit and was available. Giving me an accurate delivery date.When the item arrived (a day early) it came with full instructions that were easy to follow.I use the car to tow a 1.4 tonne caravan with 6 people in the car. The difference it made was amazing. Giving a slightly higher ride height and more stability over undulating road surfaces.I wouldnt hesitate to use Ekollon again in the future.Many thanks.

We took delivery of our new Wildax Motorhome on a Ducato XL base in September 2021 and immediately began experiencing a slamming sensation when driving over rough surfaced and potholed roads.We have on previous Motorhomes had air suspension fitted but never felt it gave much of an improved ride. I have over the years seen MAD springs advertised and spoke with a Gentleman called Clive who was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and understood the problem.We had a set fitted in May 2022 and have since covered over 3000 miles in both the UK and France. The extra MAD springs gives us a very comfortable and stable ride, we even now look for potholes. I would have no hesitation in recommending MAD springs to anyone who is looking to improve the ride performance of their Motorhome.
