I have been seeing Paula since February 2023 for issues with repetitive strain injury in both wrists.Initially I saw her twice a month which increased to weekly appointments in July and August. I've been off work due to the great pain I've been in. She has helped me very much by taping up my wrists, rehabilitation exercises and the regular remedial massage treatments.

Today couldn't lift shoulder above chest height without pain. After massage straight away could lift above head height. Magic touch

I've been going to see Paula since 2015, initially for a back injury but more recently to help with Long Covid symptoms like fatigue, building, muscle tone and relieving pain. She's friendly, understanding, experienced and has done training in several different techniques so whatever new issue or injury I turn up with she seems to have the magic hands to sort it out. Her lovely home studio in Penicuik is spotless and very well equipped. I would highly recommend Paula as a massage therapist.
