Chris was great in fixing the flushing mechanism with our toilet. He was able to fit us in quickly and replaced the cistern to a high standard and left the place tidy and clean. The price was also very very reasonable. Would definitely recommend.

We needed a shower replaced in our Airbnb studio and as we had guests, we needed this done pretty urgently. We couldn't believe that, having spoken to Chris at Gosforth Plumbing Co, a new shower was sourced and fitted within 24 hours. Chris was so helpful and pleasant. The shower was fitted quickly and efficiently. Everything was left clean and tidy. The price was very reasonable too. Totally hassle free. Very happy - definitely 5 stars!

I recently had the pleasure of hiring Gosforth Plumbing Co to fit an outdoor tap, and I couldn't be happier with the service they provided. From start to finish, Gosforth Plumbing Co displayed exceptional communication and professionalism, making the entire process smooth and stress-free.

After reading some good reviews here I contacted Gosforth plumbing co. to redo the flooring and fit the shower room. Chris started the work fine but very soon I realized that he is into this habit of not taking ownership of his work, passing the blame to others and having that false sense of privilege that only his time matters and he can waste other's time at will.Anyways I ignored this, thinking that if he does his job properly then I will forget about it. After 4/5 months my shower room started leaking again and he again did the same thing where he promised to come but never turned up and again started to pass the blame.When someone is adamant to take 1/3rd of total amount by bank transfer and 2/3rd by cash then you can understand that something is not quite right.I usually don't write reviews but thought this could save some time and money for others.

Added to which, he is a friendly, nice guy with great communication skills. We really couldn't fault him. Definitely five stars!
