We were delighted with Rhys and his workmanship. We found him to be punctual, he always communicated with us to tell us what was happening and was easy to get hold of and always rung back,something we hadnt found with other plumbing services. Rhys worked very hard . He was so polite and gave us a great service and we would highly recommend his service to others! I called this company needing assistance with a leaking tap and toilet - I was very impressed with the Service I received from start to finish. Rhys was very proactive and flexible when arranging separate times to assess the damage and to undertake the repairs themselves. Rhys was very knowledgeable and personable during both visits and, more importantly, undertook the jobs quickly to a high standard. I would strongly recommend.

I would highly recommend Pinnacle Plumbing. Rhys has carried out the annual service on our boiler for a number of years. Due to the age of our boiler it was now time to replace the boiler. Rhys was able to fit the new boiler in one day.Rhys is very polite, reliable, professional and helpful on any queries we had with the new boiler.

We had a leak with old boiler .Rhys and Fin came out to look at it but due to its age we decided to replace it. and have a new one fitted.Rhys gave us a very competitive quote and fitted it in one day. Rhys installed our new boiler in to a challenging renovation space. He responded quickly when we were let down by a different company, booking us in straight away. The quality of his work is outstanding, as is his work ethic. He was fantastic from start to finish and very reasonably priced. I hardly ever leave a review but with the service we received from this Company, I had to. I highly recommend Pinnacle Plumbing for all your plumbing needs. Rhys had good communication and was very knowledgeable. Both toilets in our home needed changing where they were extremely dated and the pipe work around the one in our downstairs loo was an absolute mess. Rhys did an excellent job installing the new toilets and tidying the pipe work. He even found a leak under our concrete floor and repaired it, had he not found this leak we would not have been aware which could have led to long term damage to our home. We were so impressed, we had Rhys back a week later to relocate and renew some pipe work in our kitchen. A huge thanks to you again Rhys, we finally live in a properly functioning home and we’ll definitely be using your company for our bathroom and kitchen renovation needs in future.

Highly recommend Pinnacle Plumbers and Rhys, couldn't be happier with our new en-suite install. We found a leak with the existing shower upon moving to a new house and Rhys promptly came to investigate, finding and securing the leak to prevent further damage and guide through all possible options for repair/replace. Deciding to replace the complete bathroom Rhys carried out all the work to the highest standard, on budget and on time, keeping us up to date all the way through and even accommodating some changes we wanted to make. Will definitely use again for any future work.
