The work that has been done to our property by Reflection UK was very good the service was very professional and friendly I would recommend them to you nothing to much trouble just ask Jamie has done a few jobs for us every job was done to our satisfaction he and his team are so hard working he s a perfectionist

Reflection UK have recently installed some french doors for us, The installation was of a high standard and Jamie kept us upto date of timings, there was a manufacturing issue with a pane of glass which was identified at the time of the install which was resolved very quickly (great customer service!!).I would recommend Reflection UK to anyone!

Excellent work, from quote to completion, Jamies done a top notch job. After multiple quotes from different suppliers, Jamies was the best option due to his knowledge and genuine personality. The quality of product and service is excellent, his pricing is competitive and I'd recommend him for anyone looking for doors or windows.

Jamie sorted us out fitting a cat flap into a glass door. He was really great from start to finish with a really good standard of work! Was also a really nice guy, would definitely use him again and would recommend him to anyone!

Jamie has just installed us a new front porch and we are so pleased with the results. He is such a nice guy and was friendly and professional from start to finish. He did put our quote together really promptly and the communication was brilliant. I changed my mind a few times on a few aspects of the job and Jamie was so patient and got it all sorted. I employed this company to fix my elderly mother-in-law's patio door which could not be secured and locked. She asked a traditional lock smith to look at it who pronounced it to need complete replacement. I approached Reflections because they are uPVC specialists, to see if they could repair it and booked an appointment with Jamie. He very kindly phoned her prior to the appointment to introduce himself. He attended and within a short space of time he diagnosed and fixed the problem saving potentially £100s and the hassle of replacement. We were delighted with his service, and have no hesitation in using him and recommending him. He is very personable and offers good old fashioned customer service which is sadly getting harder to find. If at some point my mother-in-law will need replacement windows, Reflections will be the first company we will approach.

Jamie fitted 2 new doors for us and I can’t recommend him highly enough! He was punctual, efficient and did a brilliant job.

One of our french patio doors had dropped and it was becoming near impossible to shut. Numerous tradesmen came over and tried to sell us a new set for close to 2k. Jamie came over and fixed the doors within an hour and saved us thousands of pounds. We’re really grateful and will recommend him if anyone we know needs any repairs in the future. Top quality gorgeous composite new front door. Fitted by Jamie who was friendly and courteous. He did a top job and wouldn’t leave the premises until we were totally happy. Well done Jamie. We would not hesitate to recommend the company and Jamie fin the future.
