Absolutely thrilled to pieces with our carpet and vinyl flooring for our new home. The service was excellent and the staff are really friendly. I can't fault anything! I would highly recommend.

I bought my lounge carpet yesterday and it was fitted today! I have received first class service all the way, from choosing the carpet to the excellent fitting carried out today. I was also treated with respect at all times. Excellent quality carpet and underlay at a very reasonable price too. First time using this company and it won’t be my last! Very well done!

Saw I carpet on Facebook. So I rang Archers carpets. Wow the lady on the phone was so helpful. Didn’t have to wait weeks for a fitting the lads came to fit the carpets in a day. The lads that fitted the carpets were outstanding . Would highly recommend john Archer carpets. Thank you so much for a fantastic service.

Excellent service, quality products and super fitters. There was a fantastic range to choose from despite only seeing one ot two rolls at the front of the shop. Do not be put off by this. From the start we were welcomed and given all of the help we needed. We had a tricky job to gear up carpet fitting with house alterations that affected the size of the room. The staff bent over backwards to make sure that it all happened on time and we were given really good advice about the right sort of carpet to suit the job. Fitters turned up on time, moved the furniture that we found too heavy, left the place clean and tidy, replaced the furniture, and were extremely polite and efficient. The carpet looks beautiful. The whole experience exceeds anything we have had elsewhere on the island.

Highly recommend using John Archer Carpets. Incredibly efficient and friendly. I called them 2 weeks before Christmas and they delivered and installed the carpet within a week! I received constant feedback from Mary with photos throughout the installation. They even sent a fitter back the next day to alter the doors to fit. Very impressed from start to finish and will definitely be using again. Outstanding service.

Called in and spoke to Sam, Johns daughter who was very helpful and lovely to me, she spent time helping me choose cushion floor for our bathroom doing her best to supply and fit as cheap as possible.Jamie and Mary, johns other daughter arrived with Mays girls, at 16:00 and did a brilliant job fitting it in quick time, Jamie did a brilliant job and the girls fitted the door strip.Very happy boy, Archers did a superb job.
