Writing this review a year and a half after purchasing my X5 with from here.Smaller size dealer, cars seem to be stored until sale and brought out upon appointment, which is fine, nobody starts out huge.Very good service, was a sound guy and patient, and couldn't complain with the buying process at all. Simple and easy.The car itself has been great, I bought it at night (which is a silly idea) but I needn't have worried, the car was in good condition for it's age and mileage and has been a great car for the past year and a half of ownership.Would recommend.

Steve would only allow me to test drive one car and that was after some negotiation whereby he needed to know if I liked it I would buy, and if that was the case what steps I would take. He was pushy and rude. Had I not taken an afternoon off work and paid for a hire car to get there I would have soon left having told him exactly what I thought. Based on my experience I wouldn’t go here again or recommend them to anyone.

Definitely the place to go if you're looking for a Mini. Steve was very patient and knowledgeable and just let us get on with viewing the cars we were interested in. Excellent service made the process of choosing and buying a car very straightforward. Would recommend

Had a really great experience buying a car from Steve at Simpsons Car Sales today.Found the car on Autotrader. There were plenty of clear images with full details of vehicle. I bought a gorgeous cream Mini One from Steve at Simpsons and couldn’t be happier with it. I was able to view the car 3 times and ask countless questions thanks to Steve’s patience. I was apprehensive about buying a new car in the current market but got an amazing deal through Simpsons. The car had paint damage when I first viewed which Steve got fixed within the week and ready for my second viewing. The purchase was easy and simple. The only problem I experienced was an invalid log book which effected receiving my V5C, however this was due to the previous owner and not Simpsons. Steve advised me on how to apply for a new V5C and even reimbursed me for the DVLA charge. Definitely recommend.
