The pharmacist showed up 40 minutes late for work

Very unhelpful chemist. My eyes were sore and I wanted to bathe them. The assistant gave me advice which I didn't ask for and refused to sell me anything. Went to supermarket shelves and bought optrex with boric and witch hazel, which is what I wanted. I see this chemist gets lots of bad reviews.

Staff are always very friendly and helpful. Never had to wait more than a few minutes for my prescription. I have my prescription going straight to Asda Pharmacy from my doctor's surgery. Very pleased with the service from Asda Pharmacy, Pharmacist and staff.

Told the women I had conjunctivitis I've never had it before said I had flu like symptoms then charged me 10 pounds for bacterial optrex eye drops which did absolutly nothing because bacterial eye drops won't do anything for viral conjuctivitus ..didn't even ask me drove me to spend 10 pounds on eye drops that wouldn't of worked and I was in a rush as I was going away on holiday so just thought she would know or give me some information on it and what it could be as I just guessed ....rip off and it's not like I can take it back ... Don't come to this pharmacist they will just give you the most expensive option and won't ask you any questions about why you want it or what you've got not a great time of year to be spending 10 pounds on something thst didnt work and wouldnt of worked in the slightest to help....I'm autistic so I was already overwhelmed by how busy it was .

Absolutely rubbish service, Dr sent my prescription over yesterday, I went to pick it up today, they said it wasn't there, I went back to the Dr's who said it was downloaded by Asda at 9.22am, went back to Asda & there it was. All they said was that they had 50 prescriptions to look at so it got misplaced, took no responsibility at all. Staff were rude & pharmacist didn't care.

Tried 4 times, they don't answer the phone

Awful service rude staff and waited 30 mins for emergency medication. Took them a ridiculous amount of time to get it for me while I was really struggling and was in a rush !
