I would definitely recommend platinum leisure. We purchased a California Malibu Hot tub. The Hot tub was in stock and and delivered 4 days later. No stress or dramas. Delivered on time by the very professional and careful installation team. 5 stars.

I would recommend Platinum Leisure to everyone. Phil is very helpful, easy and prompt to communicate. He delivered and installed 7 seater Sunbeach hottub seamlessly to my holiday let. Price was reasonable too as compared to other agents. He has promised prompt servicing too in case of issues so that's assuring.

First time I have bought a hot tub. I was given good information that helped me make a purchase, there was no pressure and they were always very prompt to return messages etc.The whole process from ordering, delivery and installation was simple and efficient, the guys were very friendly and approachable.The hot tub was located in its space with care and consideration as to the anesthetics and use, something I hadn't thought about.I will contact Platinum again if I buy a heat pump and would recommend.
