Emma is a very kind and considerate lady who is very good at what she does. My wife, the patient, has Dementia and is extremely nervous, soon put at ease by Emma`s reassuring manner. We value her and her skill very much.

It was not Rosie who attended the Just Ears Clinic. It was her husband - Richard. He says it all went well. But, as it was olnly one ear that needed cleaning he should automatically receive a £20 return on the orignal payment. Please confirm.

Pleasant reception with no waiting.I have had micro suction before and knew what to expect but the explanation from Dr. Philips was still welcome ! No complaints.

Easy to make an appointment on line, clear guidance and advice on what to expect. Very friendly and reassuring and the treatment (micro suction) was straightforward and very effective.
