Fran is an unbelievable physio, so much knowledge about more than just physio but if you have a problem she’s pretty much guaranteed to fix it. I had a recurring sprained neck that would trigger in my sleep and I could barely move unless I kept my neck titled to the side. With just one magic touch she released the pain and I was able to move it freely again. I was given instructions on some home adjustments I needed to make to my sleeping arrangements and I’ve not had the problem since. Couldn’t recommend her more!

Went to see Fran at Cotswold Hand and Physio as I’d been having trouble with my knee for years. She was extremely professional and was able to pin point the problem within 15 minutes. I now have a proper rehab plan and I’m already feeling stronger. My training has improved, my fitness is increasing again and my pain is reducing rapidly. I can’t thank Fran enough!

Francesca managed to fix my long standing shoulder injury which I thought was broken forever (from rugby). I had the niggle for over 10yrs. I have also had my lower back pain rectified with relevant strengthening exercises. Top service and highly recommend.
