I would like to say a big thank you to Harwoods Volvo and specially to Michael Low for all his help and assistance when purchasing a second hand car for my mother. Michael was so understanding about what we needed and nothing was too much trouble for him. Well what can I say ..... What a smooth process from start to finish. Ben at the Sales team couldn't have been more helpful, including all his assistance with the reservation. On collection day of my used S90 (which is stunning), again the process was smooth even though there was a bit if paperwork. Ben took time to go on the test drive with me as a modern Automatic was new to me and paired my phone to the car. Many thanks Ben

I booked my car in to have a petrol smell in my car investigated and smart play fitted. There was quite a wait on the day I took it in which had a knock on effect so the work took 2 1/2 days in total to sort. However, David is wonderful. He was informative and patient and explained everything so well. He’s a credit to the Volvo team.

I have recently completed the purchase of a new XC40 and my experience of Harwoods Volvo Crawley has been excellent – from the first phone call to book a test drive to the handover.The premises in Crawley are easy to find and very well presented, all the staff I interacted with seemed to genuinely care about their customers.The salesman I dealt with, Adam, was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable and most importantly easy to get hold of which is so often not the case.All in all if you are looking for a Volvo I would have no hesitation in recommending Harwoods in general and Adam in particular.
