Great experience today. Needed a small repair on my Model Y and things went smoothly. Drop off was easy, pick up was just as easy although you do need a 4 digit PIN to start the car once your service is completed.For me, the PIN didn't arrive so I had to reset the PIN in the car. Which was easy enough in all fairness.Over all a good experience with a nice showroom and amples tea/coffee supplies while you wait.

Great garage. The staff was very friendly. We got a car for test drive. To be honest it is the best car I ever driven. I will definitely be a customer here very soon.11 month later I’m a happy owner of a new Tesla Model 3. :)This supercharger is great 250 kW capable chargers. Plenty spaces.

Lots of bays (16) and fast charging, close to 200kw. Tesla chargers are still half the price of other public fast chargers. Thank you Tesla

Good place for a top up charge. Loads of chargers available whenever we have been there and it's good to be able to use the facilities and grab a free coffee

Friendly and helpful staff, great option to have a test drive - properly explained instruction of using Tesla car they have also table with coffee machine inside - or boiling water to make your tea if cold outside or while doing paperwork, what's really kind.

I’ve encountered two members of staff directly Steve (mechanic) and Jerry (works in sales room). I have never in any place had such a good experience as I have had here. The people here really care about the product.Service level is through the roof, not in a sleazy sales way in more of a family way, you feel welcome there. Happy to take you out for test drives, even in a £120k model x plaid no hesitation. Jerry although an aspiring Tesla mechanic is also great at sales, he knows his stuff and is a great pleasure to be around
