Excellent service. Very quick and efficient. Bathroom door locked and key broke. Neil managed to open the door with no damage to door, lock or doorframe. Would definitely use again if needed, highly recommended and very well priced.

Great service and advice. I wanted a quality lock and a locksmith local to Banbury and I am really pleased I found Neil. He knows his stuff and has all the qualifications. He spent time checking and greasing the whole door mechanism after fitting the lock and said he would come back if I had any issues, I'm sure a national or cheap supplier wouldn't do that. He is the only qualified locksmith in Banbury and I would happily recommend him.

Came same day and fixed an old uPVC door lock that had failed. Very friendly and professional, explained clearly what he was doing and why.The once awkward door locking mechanism now works a charm. I can highly recommend his services.
